Sirti serves growing technology companies throughout Eastern Washington, but those companies that have the best proximity to Sirti’s staff of experienced entrepreneurs and those that choose to start their companies in Sirti’s 40,000 square feet of space in the University District stand the best chance of growing to the next stage and of becoming viable stand-alone companies. A thriving University District brings the most promising clients the most promising opportunities resulting from Sirti’s business model (location, location, location).
Part of Sirti’s purpose is to leverage State and Local investments with Federal and private investments. Sirti will have a better chance of winning Federal and private investments to sustain technology based economic development if the University District accomplishes the goals contemplated in the planning documents.
