Gonzaga is involved in the University District to gain advantages of the leveraging opportunities associated with all the various stakeholders that are part of this group. As an institution we hope to benefit by the infrastructure improvements brought to the University District area, which includes public infrastructure surrounding our campus. We hope our faculty, staff, and students will benefit by the business and housing opportunities which accompany the private sector improvements that are contemplated by the District.
